Growing up as the daughter of an Ambassador, I became an expert at putting on a mask and showing up at high profile functions, but behind closed doors…
I had lost the love of my life, experienced abuse, was in financial debt, told I could never have children and faced several serious medical challenges.
When I finally gathered up the courage to go to my GP and ask for help, I was faced with an 8 month waiting list for one single cognitive behavioural therapy session.
This was however was the pivotal moment in my life and the start of this incredible journey of awakening.
I went looking for answers, trained in the very methods that actually helped me, and built a system that goes straight to the root cause — not just the symptoms.
Now my mission is simple: to show people that deep, lasting emotional transformation doesn’t take years. It’s faster, deeper, and more possible than most of us are ever told.
